Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Advisor Dashboard

  • The Advisor Dashboard is a personalized page for each Student Success Advisor. It displays metrics like the number of leads generated, conversion rate, and response time.

  • The monthly rating is based on three key factors:

    • The number of leads the advisor personally generates

    • The conversion rate of those leads into enrolled students

    • The average response time to follow up with leads

  • The rating is updated at the end of every month to reflect the advisor’s performance during that time.

  • Advisors receive direct feedback to improve their performance for the following month.

  • Social media leads are not counted in the “leads generated” metric since they come from external sources. Advisors are still expected to follow up with them, but their rating is primarily influenced by leads they personally generate through their admissions work.

  • Once you start working with leads, all your activities will appear on the Advisor Dashboard. This includes any updates or changes you make. For example, if you contact a lead today and submit their information, it will appear on your dashboard within 24 hours for follow-up.
